Welcome to baddies.cc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") frame the legally binding conditions governing your access to and use of our platform, applications, and APIs (the "Service"). Please read these deeply. By continuing to register, access, or utilize the Service, you signify your unreserved theoretical and legal agreement to this document.

1. Eligibility, Verifications & Exclusivity

Our platform was architected to be an exclusive, safe harbor on the internet. As such, access to baddies.cc is strictly and firmly limited to individuals who are biologically female. Trans women and men are entirely restricted from utilizing the platform.

We enforce this via a mandatory selfie-based manual review cycle required prior to account activation. Attempting to bypass the verification system under false pretenses, utilizing AI-generated spoofed imagery, borrowing identities, or submitting explicitly fraudulent imagery constitutes a severe material breach of this contract and will result in an absolute and unappealable permanent ban targeting your IP blocks, MAC addresses, and associated infrastructure endpoints.

2. Account Privileges and Security

Approved users are granted a personal, zero-cost file hosting vault. You are responsible for preserving the total confidentiality of your login credentials and secondary authentication factors. Should you detect a breach of your account's integrity, you must notify our security team instantly. Baddies.cc cannot and will not be liable for any data loss occurring due to user-side credential negligence.

3. Prohibited Conduct and Content

We supply the storage; you supply the respect. Your usage of baddies.cc must remain legally and communally sound at all times. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, distributing, or hosting:

Material that violates regional, federal, or international law.
Content infringing upon verified copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual properties.
Viruses, ransomware, logic bombs, worms, trojans, or any compiled malicious payload.
Excessively violent media, gore, or material promoting self-harm or targeted harassment routines against specific groups, individuals or institutions.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Detection of CSAM results in immediate, unnotified reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) alongside raw law enforcement escalation.

4. Platform Modifications, Fair Use & Throttling

While baddies.cc champions a "100% free" paradigm without fixed data limits or rigid upload speed blockades, we enforce a generalized Fair Use doctrine to preserve network integrity for all users. If your account begins severely impacting server health by monopolizing total node bandwidth iteratively (i.e., operating a commercial-scale piracy ring or running scripts generating petabytes of raw uncompressed transfer waste per hour), we reserve the right to throttle your concurrent connections or temporarily limit gigabyte per-hour transaction windows to protect the system ecosystem.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain total ownership over the digital media, arrays, code, and text you push to your vault. We claim exactly zero rights over your creations. By the nature of our encrypted architecture, we functionally have no capacity to utilize or reproduce your material anyway. Our software stack, branded logos, CSS architectures, and platform designs, however, belong solely to baddies.cc and may not be mirrored or stripped without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability and "As-Is" Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, EXCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BADDIES.CC NEGATES ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT FILES WILL BE STORED WITHOUT ERROR OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL NEVER DOWNTIME. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BADDIES.CC, ITS DIRECTORS, OR ITS EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING MONETARY REVENUE LOSS OR IRREPLACEABLE DATA CORRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Indemnification

You agree to thoroughly defend and indemnify baddies.cc, our investors, employees, and executive board from any external claims, liabilities, damages, operational losses, or excessive legal expenses resulting heavily or partially from your access to the Service, or your breach of specifically referenced clauses inside this contract.

8. Termination Doctrines

We actively reserve the right to immediately isolate, suspend, or terminate your Vault access unilaterally, with or without prior communication, if we determine at our sole discretion that you have fundamentally violated this Agreement. Upon termination for breach of Contract, your data will systematically fall into our deletion schedule where it will be completely unrecoverable.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed heavily in accordance with international standard jurisdictional privacy frameworks. Failure of baddies.cc to enforce any right or provision outlined in these Terms will absolutely not be considered a structural waiver of those particular overarching rights.
